Team Bulletins are a great
way to communicate with your team. They are classed as a non
direct message and therefore are used
when you want to distribute vital information but not directly. Only the
team Administrators and Editors can create Bulletins on the team space and after saving
your bulletin the Title and the Contents are emailed to all member of your
team with a valid email address in their profile. If you edit the bulletin it will not send
another email as this is treated as an update. The email will be sent without a
valid return address but it does have a link so
you can open the bulletin in the team space. All users can comment
on a bulletin by added their comments and selecting save. All bulletins are
logged on the team space so select see all bulletins to get the full list.
